Due to the dangerous environment in which these products are used, all
parts, products and each part thereof, are sold "AS IS" and
with all faults - Darryl Campbell Motorsports, Destroyer Chassis or the
seller will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from
use or misuse of these parts and/or products. Auto Racing is a dangerous
activity. Injury or death can occur. The user shall determine the
suitability and safety of the parts and products for its intended use.
And the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection
therewith.
Ordering
- You can order by phone, walk-in or at the racetrack. All orders will
be sent/delivered as soon as possible. Sometimes we will drop ship all
or part of your order. We do not guarantee delivery times.
We recommend when ordering to supply as much information as possible to
assure you receive the correct parts. We will not be responsible for
parts that were ordered incorrectly. If we accidentally deliver the
wrong part to you, please let us know as soon as possible. We will get
the correct part for you. All we ask is that you return the incorrect
parts in exchange for the correct one.
Terms
- All sales are C.O.D. or
upon pickup, and will be paid for in full when products are picked up or
delivered to you. You may pay in cash, certified check or money order
(Company or personal checks must be approved in advance.) We are not in
the finance business.
Deposits
- Chassis require a 30% deposit when ordering. You will be placed in
line in the order in which we receive deposits. The deposits are
refundable in merchandise only.

Pricing
- Prices
are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Due to the
number of outside suppliers that we use, we cannot guarantee prices.
Some suppliers change their prices quite frequently. Although we will
honor any prices quoted or estimated for 30 days. Once sale is made your
price will be set.
Chassis
Repair
- Chassis may be repaired or modified at our shop by appointment on a
first come first serve basis. No frame repairs will be scheduled for
Friday, though it may be finished from the previous day. You need to
make allowances on major repairs by contacting us in a timely manner and
allow sufficient time to complete the work. We reserve the right to
refuse any work in which we were notified at the last minute, and feel
that we are not able to complete the work in which the safety of the
driver comes in question.
Return
Policy
- Parts may be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase. A 10%
restocking fee and all return freight costs will be charged. Return
authorization is required in advance. A copy of the invoice/sales slip
must accompany the parts being returned. There will be no cash refund on
returned merchandise. Only credit will be issued to be used towards
future purchases.
Release
and Indemnity
- All major repairs made on used cars and buyers of new chassis agree to
sign a release giving up all rights to sue or make any claim against
Darryl Campbell Motorsports, Destroyer Chassis, employees, sponsors or
any other individuals connected therewith for any injury to property or
bodily harm that may result from the sport of racing. |
