Charles won the Stephenville
Starter Southern Region IMCA Hobby Stock Championship for the 2nd year in a row against some of the best
drivers in the region. Charles also won the Texas State IMCA Hobby
Stock Championship for the 3rd year in a row, never before accomplished by a
driver in Texas. He also won the Hobby Stock track championships at both
281 Speedway in Stephenville and at Heart O' Texas Speedway in Waco,
Texas. Congratulations Charles on your championships from all of us

Happy Birthday Kole
Gosnell. Cole is the son of Donnie & Kristi Gosnell.
Donnie built the box race car for his sons first birthday which falls on
July 31, 2010. Donnie said Kole loves to go to the races each week
and watching his favorite drivers. Car sure looks familiar.

WINNER OF THE 2010 DESTROYER HOBBY
STOCK
Abilene Speedway and Destroyer Chassis teamed up this year to give away a
new 2010 Hobby Stock. To qualify for the drawing you had to race
every night at the speedway during the 2009 season. 5 drivers
qualified for the drawing and Tommy was the lucky winner. He said he
and his brother Rodney worked together all year to make sure they were
able to race every night this year. We want to congratulation Tommy
on his win and also to the other drivers that did not win the car, but
gave their support to Abilene Speedway during the year.
